However, in any business, there will be problems that come up from time to time. What separates the good companies from the bad companies is how well they manage those problems. At CTA, we do our best to keep problems to a minimum but when a problem does occur, we work extra hard to see that the resolution is to your satisfaction.

A further commitment to our customers’ is that there will be no sales gimmicks found on our site. You will not see free shipping advertised only to find out at checkout that there is a handling fee or that free shipping only applies if your purchase is over a certain dollar amount. Every item sold on our site includes free shipping.

Ordering Procedure

Placing an order at CTA is fast and simple. We designed our web site to be easy to navigate and uncomplicated. Every product sold on the site has a detailed description aimed to providing the necessary details in order to make an informed buying decision while at the same time, not complicating the decision process with too much technical detail. A good rule of thumb when in doubt about selecting the right product is to call us at our toll-free number. Unlike many companies operating on the Internet, we have highly trained and professional Customer Service Representatives standing by to assist you.

How to Order

  • Order
    When you have found what you need, just click on "Buy Now", and the item will be placed in your shopping cart. You will automatically be directed to your shopping cart so that you can review the items, the costs and the order subtotal. If you need to remove an item from your cart, simply click the "Delete" button next to that item. You can also change the quantity of an item and then click the "Update Cart" button next to that item. To add more items to your cart, click "Continue Shopping".
  • Checkout
    When you have completed shopping, click on the "Checkout Now" button. Then you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information. All orders will ship via ground UPS, Federal Express or USPS. If you wish to expedite your order, please contact CTA. Once you have completed all the required information, you will have the opportunity to review your products orders, order totals with shipping charges and sales tax if applicable. If you need to make any changes, click the "Back" button on your internet browser to go to the previous screen. After making any necessary changes, click on "Continue” and you will be directed to the credit card payment page. Once you have completed the necessary billing information, click on the “Continue” button and you will be directed to the order confirmation page.
  • Confirmation
    Once your order has been submitted, the Order Confirmation page will provide you with your order number and order details. It is recommended that you print this page for future reference. You will receive an order confirmation email within 10 minutes. Please be sure to check your junk mail/spam folder if you have this protection enabled.
  • Checking Order Status
    Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive an email from CTA with the tracking number. If you have multiple items on your order, you will receive an individual email for each item as they ship.

Shipping Policies

CTA ships products across the country from multiple warehouses. It is our goal to get your product to you as fast as possible based upon the shipping method you select. The vast majority of product shipments will ship either UPS or Federal Express ground (within the 48 contiguous states). Once on the road, you should expect 3 to 5 business days for your shipment to arrive. Should you need your order to arrive faster, second day and next day delivery options exist. Please contact us for costs regarding these options. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii ship second day air. At this time, we are unable to make deliveries to PO boxes. Additional information regarding shipping can be found in the Return Policy section.

If a product is out-of-stock or not readily available, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated time of delivery. Generally, we will hold an item on backorder status for a period of 30 days, unless we are notified earlier to cancel the order. (Please Note: CTA is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, such as, adverse weather conditions, shipping carrier holiday schedules, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, etc.)

Secure Shopping

Every credit card transaction made on the CTA site is secured to the highest possible degree. CTA servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape, AOL, and Apple Safari's browser. The security algorithms, such as SSL used by CTA, ensures that your privacy and the security of your credit card information remains a protected and guarded secret.

After you click on the "Secure Checkout" button, be sure that the website's URL always begins with https://www.car-truck-accessories.com/

The "s" in "https://" at the beginning of the URL means you are logging into a secure page. If the URL does not begin with https, you are not on a CTA page.

We have also purchased a digital certificate from RapidSSL, a leading provider of Internet trust services. When you enter a secured portion of our site, an image of a closed lock or a solid key should appear in the top bar of your browser window. If you click on this image, a small popup window displaying site-security information will appear. This certificate guarantees that your personal information is being transmitted in secure (encrypted) form to a CTA Web server, not to an unknown or unauthorized server.

Product Availability

Orders placed by 2:00pm Arizona time (PST in the summer and MST in the winter, we know it is confusing) are usually processed the same day. Many of the products we sell ship direct from the manufacturer and the shipping time frame is dependant upon their inventory position. Additionally, many of the products we sell are either custom or semi-custom made. This means that each of these products is specifically made to a pattern that matches your vehicle for the particular item being ordered (e.g., seat covers, bra, DashMat, etc.). These custom made products will typically take 2 to 3 weeks to manufacture. Therefore, including ground shipping time, you should allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of a custom item.
