TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RETURN POLICY
All product returns must
have a Return Authorization number (RA) in order to be
accepted and processed.
To obtain an RA number please call either our main
number 1-480-629-5182 or our
toll-free number 1-866-639-2055. Returns not
accompanied by an RA number will
be refused and the parcel returned to the
sender. Please print clearly the RA
number in at least two conspicuous spots on
the outside of all parcels being
returned. An RA is only valid for a two-week
period from the date of issuance.
All products must be returned “Freight Prepaid”
shipped via a freight carrier
e.g. UPS, FedEx. Products returned via US Mail will
be refused.
If a return is due to a manufacturing defect,
Car Truck Accessories, LLC will pay
for the return shipping charge. Typically, a
pre-paid UPS return label will be sent
to you for return of the product(s).
All regular stocked items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any pattern
altered at the request of the customer to include logos and monograms is
considered a custom product and is therefore, non-returnable unless the product
contains a manufacturing defect.
Car Truck Accessories, LLC is currently unable to accept returns on used items
or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
CREDITS
Credits will be applied to the credit card used in the original sale transaction
for the purchase price of the product and applicable sales tax minus any
restocking fee and original shipping cost. A credit will be issued once the
product has been inspected by Car Truck Accessories, LLC or the manufacturer and
determined to be in new condition. New condition is defined as a product that is
unused, not soiled, includes the original packaging and documentation and is fit
to be resold as a new item. If the returned product is in a condition other than
new, a credit will not be issued. At the customer’s option, the product can be
returned to them “freight collect”.
Please allow up to 30-days for a credit to be applied to your credit card
account.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Shipments returned as undeliverable for any reason will be considered refused.
Should customer contact Car Truck Accessories, LLC and request re-shipment,
customer will be responsible for additional freight charges..
WARRANTY CLAIM
Failure to completely follow the installation
instructions included with all products sold by Car Truck Accessories, LLC will
automatically void the manufacturer’s warranty. Car Truck Accessories, LLC
cannot be held responsible for neglect or mistake of the installer. Please refer
to the specific product warranty for further information.
