The Access Toolbox Edition Roll-Up Tonneau Cover has been designed to fit behind an over-the-rail toolbox. Easy to use features and long-lasting components provide years of reliable service.

The Toolbox Tonneau Cover is built with all-aluminum roll-up bars and bows. The Cover opens easily by releasing the auto-latch and rolling the cover towards the back of the cab. Simply secure the cover behind the cab with quick release straps.

Closing the cover is an equally simple task. To close, unbuckle the quick release straps and roll the cover towards the tailgate. Over-Center the roll-up/tensioning bar into the strike and the auto-latch automatically secures the cover tightly in place. Finally, seal the sides with the reliable hook and loop sealing system.

Is the Access Toolbox Edition Roll-Up Tonneau Cover waterproof?
- These Tonneau Covers have an integrated fabric seal on both the front and back. This seal forms a tight barrier between your truck and cover. Best of all, since it is part of the skin, it wont tear away like cheap rubber seals. In addition, the Access Roll-Up Tonneau has an ELEMENT SEAL™ that gives you a dual seal at the front where most leakage can occur. For additional protection, locate and seal miscellaneous factory holes, crevices and stake pockets that are on box.
Does the cover transfer from one model of truck to another?
- Access Tonneaus are made model specific to tight tolerances. This ensures the best fit possible and therefore is not transferable to trucks with different box sizes.
Does the Roll-Up Cover work with 5th Wheels?
- Yes, simply roll the cover to the front of your truck box and secure it with the straps.
Do you offer different colors of fabric?
- Through 16 years of manufacturing experience, Access has found that black offers you the greatest life expectancy. It has built in UV protection which eliminates fading. Black is a versatile color that compliments any truck and always matches the tires. Black is the best value for your money.
How long will the cover material last?
- The life expectancy of the cover is determined by how well you take care of it. All of Access's roll-up covers use the same heavy-duty, double coated and UV protected vinyl. The fabric will not stretch in heat and is proven flexible to -40 degrees. The attractive low embossed texture resists dust and dirt. A mild liquid soap and water is best for cleaning. To shine and increase the longevity of your cover an occasional application of a non-oil, non-silicone product such as PPC Formula 2 Cleaner/Protectant is all that is needed.
What is your Premium Cover™ lifetime warranty?
- Includes the entire cover, the warranty covers every part of the tonneau including the bows, bars, fabric, springs and latches. This warranty is valid as long as you own your vehicle.
What size toolbox will the Access Toolbox Edition work with?
- This cover will fit most 20"-21" over-the-rail style toolboxes and comes with all the features of the Access Roll-up Tonneau Cover. Each kit includes a header bar to seal up against the tool box.
Will my gas mileage increase with a Roll-Up Tonneau Cover?

Will my tailgate open with a cover?

- Because the cover rails mount on the inside of the box, the bed extender must have at least 3 inches of clearance on each side of the bed when rotated to clear the rails. Or it must be able to detach from the truck, be manually rotated and re-attached.
