First, let me tell you what we are not about. Car Truck Accessories (CTA) is not a fly-by-night organization, operating a business out of a home, selling products at profit margins that guarantee going out of business soon, advertising products at a seemingly low price only to add on a high handling and/or shipping charge at the time of checkout, or not being reachable by phone or email.
The main goal of CTA is to ensure that your shopping experience in our e-store will be a good one and that we will have the honor of serving you again in the future. We understand that if your first shopping experience is bad, there will not be a second. We also understand that a shopping experience does not simply mean you look, you buy, and you go away. A good online shopping experience has multiple components such as, ease of site navigation, feeling secure that your credit card information is safe, that your personal information will not be sold or provided to an outside agency and products for sale will be of high quality and perform as advertised. Arguably, the most critical aspect of a good online shopping experience is having the peace of mind that the company you buy from will stand behind the product you purchased should there be any problems. In essence, providing high quality customer service before, during and after the sale is what CTA is all about.
CTA has been in business for almost six years. That may not seem like a long time and frankly, in the world of traditional business, it isn’t. But operating successfully on the Internet for that many years is an accomplishment not many companies have achieved. Knowing that there are many websites that sell the same products as CTA, means that we must find a way to separate ourselves from the rest of the pack. We believe that an honest and straight-forward business approach; offering the best customer service possible, will in the end, earn your trust and therefore, your business.
